The Gecko in.touch 3 is a smart connectivity module that links your spa’s control system to your home network and the Gecko App. Below are the key technical details to help installers and advanced users understand its hardware, power, and environmental requirements.

Hardware components

The in.touch 3 system is made up of two modules that work together to provide remote connectivity:

Component

Description

CO module (Spa module)

Installed under the spa skirt and connected to the Gecko control pack via the CO port. Communicates wirelessly with the EN module.

EN module (Home module)

Connects to your home router using an Ethernet cable. Provides Wi-Fi connectivity to the cloud and communicates with the CO module via RF signal.

Each module includes LED indicators for quick diagnostics of power, pairing, and connectivity states

Installation clearances & RF compliance

  • Install the CO module at least 12 in (30 cm) away from any metal components or foil insulation

  • Maintain a minimum 8 in (20 cm) separation from people during operation

  • Do not co-locate or operate with other antennas or transmitters

  • Power off before connecting or servicing the unit
