What is the Gecko App?

The Gecko App is a mobile application that lets you control and monitor your spa remotely using the in.touch 3 or in.touch 3+ connectivity modules. Whether you're at home or away, you can adjust your spa settings from your phone anytime you have an internet connection.

How it works

The Gecko App connects to your spa through the Gecko cloud. Here's how the connection is established:

  1. The in.touch 3 CO (Spa) module is installed inside your spa and communicates with your spa's control system.

  2. The in.touch 3 EN (Home) module connects to your home Wi-Fi and bridges the spa to the internet.

  3. The CO and EN modules communicate with each other via a radio frequency (RF) link.

  4. The Gecko App connects to your spa through the Gecko cloud, so you can control it from anywhere.

💡 Note: An active internet connection is required on both your phone and your EN (Home) module for remote control to work. You can check the connection status directly from the app dashboard.

What you need

To use the Gecko App, you will need:

  • A spa equipped with a compatible Gecko control system - Is my spa compatible with the in.touch 3?

  • An in.touch 3 or in.touch 3+ connectivity kit (CO + EN modules)

  • A Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz) at home where the EN module is installed

  • A smartphone running iOS 15 or later, or Android 8.0 or later

  • A free Gecko account

⚠️ in.touch 2 is not supported. The Gecko App only works with in.touch 3 systems. If you're unsure which version you have, see How to tell the difference between an in.touch 2 EN and an in.touch 3 EN.
