If you don’t see savings data in the Gecko app yet, it usually means the system is still collecting enough information about your spa usage. This is a normal part of how the feature works.


Why savings may not appear right away

When you first enable Smart Spa Routine, the app needs time to understand how your spa operates.

During this period, you may see messages like:

  • “Analyzing usage”

  • No savings value displayed yet

This is because the app is still gathering data to generate accurate estimates.


How long it takes

In most cases, the app needs a few weeks of usage to calculate your savings.

  • The system analyzes your spa’s behavior over time

  • Once enough data is collected, your savings will appear automatically

💡 Tip: Continue using your spa normally with Smart Spa Routine enabled, no extra action is required.


Make sure everything is set up correctly

To see savings, make sure:

  • Smart Spa Routine is turned ON

  • You have an active Premium subscription


What happens next

Once enough data is collected:

  • Your estimated savings will appear in the Energy section

  • Values will update regularly based on your usage
