How to delete a spa

Overview

If you need to remove a spa from your Gecko App account, you can delete it from your settings. This action permanently removes the spa and all associated data (such as schedules and settings) from your account.

⚠️ Important: Deleting a spa cannot be undone. Once removed, all data will be permanently lost and you’ll need to set it up again if you wish to reconnect it later.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the side menu
    Tap the ☰ icon in the top-left corner of the app to open the menu.

  2. Go to Settings → General
    Select Settings, then choose the General tab.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
    Navigate down until you see the Delete my Spa option.

  4. Tap “Delete my Spa”
    The app will display a confirmation message asking if you’re sure you want to delete your spa.

  5. Confirm the deletion
    Tap YES, DELETE to confirm.
    If you change your mind, tap NO, CANCEL to keep your spa connected.

What happens next

  • Your spa will be removed from your Gecko App account.

  • All schedules and stored preferences will be permanently deleted.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Add a Spa page, where you can connect a new or existing spa if needed.
