How to update your billing information or payment method

Overview
If your credit card has expired or you want to switch to a different payment method, you can update your billing information anytime through Stripe, Gecko’s secure payment provider.
Updating your payment details ensures your Gecko Premium subscription continues without interruption.
Step-by-step instructions
Open the Gecko App
Launch the app on your smartphone or tablet.Tap the Menu icon (☰)
Located in the top-left corner of the screen.Go to Settings → General
From the menu, select Settings, then open the General section.Find the Subscription section
Scroll down to the Subscription card.
This area displays your current plan (Free or Premium) and its status (Active, Trialing, or Cancelled).Tap the Manage button
Tap MANAGE to open your Stripe Dashboard in your device’s browser.Update your payment method in Stripe
In the Stripe portal, you can:Add a new card or payment method
Remove outdated cards
Set a default payment method for your active subscription
💡 All updates are handled securely by Stripe. Changes are applied immediately, and future payments will use your new billing method.
Return to the app
Once your billing details are updated, return to the Gecko App.
Your subscription remains active, and your next renewal will process using the new information.
Tips & related info
You’ll receive an email confirmation from Stripe after successfully updating your payment method.
If your previous payment failed, updating your card will automatically retry the charge.
Payment information cannot be changed directly in the app, all updates must be made in the Stripe Dashboard.
Each spa subscription is billed separately, so repeat this process for additional spas if needed.
