How to verify your Gecko Premium subscription

Overview

After subscribing to Gecko Premium, your plan should activate automatically in the Gecko App.
If Premium features don’t appear right away, you can manually verify your subscription and refresh your plan status. This process ensures that your account is linked correctly to your purchase and that your Premium benefits are active.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Gecko App
    Launch the app on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Go to Settings → General
    Tap the Menu icon (☰), then select Settings and open the General tab.

  3. Find the Subscription section
    Scroll down to the Subscription card.
    You’ll see your current plan and its status, such as:

    • Free – No active Premium plan

    • Premium Active – Your plan is active

    • Trialing – You’re currently in a trial period

    • Cancelled – Premium access will end on the shown date

  4. Tap “Don’t see your subscription?”
    If you recently subscribed and don’t see Premium listed, tap the link Don’t see your subscription?
    This forces the app to recheck your account and restore your active plan.

    💡 Make sure you’re signed in with the same account (email) you used to purchase the subscription.

  5. Restart the app if needed
    If your plan still doesn’t appear, close the app completely and reopen it.
    Your subscription status should refresh automatically once the app reconnects to the cloud.


If your subscription still isn’t showing

If Premium remains inactive after following the steps:

  • Confirm that your payment was processed successfully.

  • Check if you purchased the plan under a different email address.

  • Ensure your in.touch 3 module is connected to the internet.

If the issue persists, contact Gecko Support with your subscription receipt or transaction ID.

  • Subscription updates may take a few minutes after purchase to appear.

  • You can manage or review your subscription through the Manage button in Settings → General → Subscription.

  • Each spa requires its own Premium plan.
