How to subscribe to Gecko Premium

Overview

Subscribing to Gecko Premium unlocks advanced features in the Gecko App. The process takes only a few minutes and can be completed directly in the app.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Gecko App
    Launch the Gecko App on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (☰)
    Located in the top-left corner of your dashboard.

  3. Go to Settings → General
    In the settings list, tap General to open your spa’s general configuration.

  4. Find the Subscription section
    Scroll down until you see the Subscription card.
    Here, you’ll find a Learn More button.

    💡 If you’re not subscribed yet, the section will display “No Active Subscription.”

  5. Tap Learn More
    This will open the Gecko Premium information screen, where you can review what’s included with Premium.

  6. Follow the on-screen purchase steps

    • Confirm your account and payment method through Stripe.

    • Wait for confirmation that your subscription has been activated.

  7. Return to the app
    Once your payment is processed, your Premium features will be unlocked automatically.
    The Subscription section will now show Active.

What happens after subscribing

  • Your account immediately gains access to Premium-only feature.

  • Your subscription renews automatically.

Troubleshooting

If your subscription doesn’t activate right away:

  • Tap Don’t see your subscription? in the Subscription section to refresh your plan.

  • Ensure you are logged in with the same account used for the purchase.

  • Restart the app if needed.
