Locate the in.touch EN (Home) QR code

Last updated About 2 months ago

⚠️ Using a mesh Wi-Fi system (including Amazon eero)?
Some mesh networks use advanced security features that can interfere with the in.touch 3 system. You may need to temporarily disable these features before connecting the in.touch 3 EN (Home) module to complete setup and firmware updates.

Where to find the QR code

  • The QR code is located on the back of your in.touch EN (Home) module.

  • Look for a white label that includes the model name (in.touch 3 or in.touch 3+), serial number, and the QR code.

  • Make sure you’re in good lighting so your smartphone or tablet’s camera can clearly read the code.

💡 Tip: If you’ve already installed your EN module near your router, you may need to gently turn it around or unplug it briefly to see the label.

Options available

Scan the QR code (recommended)

  1. Tap Scan QR Code in the app.

  2. Point your device’s camera at the QR code on the EN module label.

  3. The app will automatically capture and register your module.

✅ This method is the quickest and ensures a secure, accurate pairing with your spa.

Register manually

If your camera can’t scan the QR code or the label isn’t accessible:

  • Tap Register Manually in the app.

  • The app will automatically search for available in.touch EN modules on your Wi-Fi network.

  • Select your module when it appears on the list to complete registration.

💡 Note: Manual registration is a great fallback option if your QR code is damaged or the lighting is poor.

Tips & notes

  • Each QR code is unique to your module and ensures pairing with the correct device.

  • Once an EN module is registered, it cannot be paired again with another spa.

  • If your QR code is damaged or missing, use Register Manually to continue setup.

⚠️ Make sure you register the correct module if multiple in.touch systems are active on your network.

Scan didn’t work

If you see this message:

QR code not recognized. Try again or continue without scanning.

It means:

  • The QR code is invalid or not from an in.touch EN module

  • The scan failed due to poor lighting, blur, or obstruction

What to do:

  1. Try scanning again in better lighting and ensure the code is fully visible.

  2. If scanning still fails, tap Register Manually to find your module on your network.
