⚠️ Using a mesh Wi-Fi system (including Amazon eero)?
Some mesh networks use advanced security features that can interfere with the in.touch 3 system. You may need to temporarily disable these features before connecting the in.touch 3 EN (Home) module to complete setup and firmware updates.

What happens on this screen

  • The app scans your local Wi-Fi network for connected in.touch modules.

  • It lists every detected unit, showing key details to help you identify the correct one.

  • Only in.touch 3 or in.touch 3+ modules are compatible with the Gecko App.

⚠️ If you see an in.touch 2 module, it will appear grayed out with the message:
Not compatible with this app.

What you see

For each module detected, the app displays:

  • Module type → in.touch 2, in.touch 3, or in.touch 3+

  • Serial Number (S/N) → printed on your module’s label

  • Version → the module’s firmware version

  • IP Address → the module’s local network address

These details help you confirm you’re connecting to the right spa, especially if multiple systems are installed nearby.

Actions available

Select a Spa

Tap the compatible in.touch 3 module to register it with your account. Once selected, the app links your module to your Gecko account and your spa setup continues automatically.

Detect More Spas

Tap Detect More Spas to scan your network again. This refreshes the list in case the module just connected or if your Wi-Fi took a moment to detect it.

Tips & notes

  • Make sure your smartphone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your in.touch EN module.

  • If you only see in.touch 2 modules, your hardware is not supported by the Gecko App.

  • If your spa doesn’t appear in the list:

    • Tap Detect More Spas to refresh the scan.

    • Check that your EN module is powered and connected to your router.

💡 Tip: If you’re unsure which module belongs to your spa, compare the serial number (S/N) on the screen with the label on your physical module.
