How to adjust the water temperature

Overview

The Temperature Control widget allows you to view and adjust your spa’s water temperature remotely. You can easily increase or decrease the target temperature directly from your smartphone or tablet, and the widget displays the real-time heating status as your spa adjusts to the new temperature.

How to use it

  1. Open the App on the dashboard.

  2. Tap the + or – buttons to set your desired temperature.

  3. Wait a few seconds, the app will confirm your new target temperature and update the display automatically.

What you’ll see / Indicators

When you change the temperature:

  • The status text below the temperature temporarily changes to “Set temperature to [value]°”.

  • The temperature display turns blue, indicating that your new target temperature is being registered.

  • After a few seconds, the widget returns to showing the current water temperature along with its current status.

Your spa can show one of the following states:

Status

Meaning

Heating to [temp]°

The water is below your set temperature and the heater is running.

Cooling to [temp]°

The water is above your set temperature, and the system is cooling down.

Holding at [temp]°

The water has reached the desired temperature and the system is maintaining it.

Tips & related info

  • It’s normal for the pump to run while the spa is heating, water needs to circulate through the heater.

Common questions

  • Why is my spa not heating even after I set a higher temperature?

    • Your spa may perform a brief Check Flow before heating starts. This process verifies that there’s proper water circulation before activating the heater. It usually completes within a few seconds.
