Is my spa compatible with the in.touch 3?

Check your spa’s control system

The in.touch 3 is compatible with the following Gecko spa control systems (spa packs):

• in.yj (version 2 or higher)

• in.ye (version 2 or higher)

• in.yt (version 2 or higher)

⚙️ Tip: You can find your spa pack model and version on the ID label attached to the front cover of the control pack.

• Model name (e.g., in.ye) appears under “Model.”

• Version (e.g., V2, V3) appears under “Options.”

If your spa pack matches one of the models above and is version 2 or newer, your spa is compatible with the in.touch 3.

If you have an older control pack

Some older Gecko systems or third-party control packs may not support the in.touch 3.
If you see a different control pack model (like in.xe, in.xm2, or an earlier version of in.yj), contact your spa dealer or Gecko support for compatibility confirmation.

Not sure which control system you have?

Here are a few ways to check:

• Look for a Gecko logo or model name on the control box inside your spa cabinet.

• Check your spa’s user manual — most list the control system model.

• Ask your spa dealer or installer to confirm the control pack version.
