Requirements for in.touch 3 & Gecko App

Spa compatibility

The in.touch 3 and in.touch 3+ modules are compatible with the following Gecko spa control systems:

  • in.yj, in.ye, and in.yt spa packs (version 2 and higher)

🔍 Tip: You can find the control system model and version on the ID label located on the front cover of your spa pack.

  • Model name (e.g., in.ye) appears under “Model”

  • Version (e.g., V2, V3) appears under “Options”

Mobile device and app requirements

You’ll need a smartphone or tablet that can run the Gecko App:

  • iOS 8.0 or higher

  • Android 2.3 or higher

The app is available free on the App Store and Google Play.

Home Wi-Fi network

To connect your spa to the internet, you’ll need:

  • A standard home router with at least one available 100 Mbps RJ45 (LAN) port

  • A stable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for best range and reliability

  • A power outlet (120V in North America or 220V in Europe) near your router for the EN (home) module’s power supply

⚠️ Note: Mesh networks or captive portals (like hotel or guest Wi-Fi) are not supported.
