LED light meanings
LED Color / PatternWhat it MeansWhat to Do | ||
Yellow (solid) | The CO (Spa Transmitter) is starting up. This appears briefly after powering on and indicates the module is loading its firmware. | Wait a few seconds. Once startup is complete, the LED will change to blue (normal operation) or yellow blinking (pairing mode). |
Yellow (rapid blinking) | The CO module is in pairing mode and searching for the EN (Home) module. This normally occurs automatically during power-up or if pairing information is missing. | If pairing doesn’t complete automatically, follow the Pair the CO (Spa) and EN (Home) modules steps to manually pair them. |
Blue (solid) | Normal operation. The CO module is successfully paired and communicating with the EN (Home) module. | No action needed — your modules are working correctly. |
White (solid) | A fatal error occurred during startup, preventing the CO module’s firmware from loading properly. | Restart the module by turning the spa breaker off and on. If the LED stays white, the module may need to be reprogrammed or replaced. |
Red (solid) | The CO module cannot detect the spa pack. This means the communication link to the spa’s control pack is not established. | Check that the CO cable is securely connected to the spa pack’s CO port. Confirm on the spa keypad that the accessory is detected. Restart the spa. If the LED stays red, contact support for a replacement. |
