Where to find your in.touch 3 firmware version and serial number

Overview

Your in.touch 3 modules (EN and CO) each have a firmware version and serial number that identify the hardware and software running on your system. You may need this information when contacting Gecko Support, checking for updates, or troubleshooting connection issues.

Both can be viewed directly in the Gecko App.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Gecko App
    Launch the app on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (☰)
    Located in the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Go to Settings → Devices
    Select Settings, then tap Devices to open the list of connected modules.

  4. Locate the in.touch 3 section
    You’ll see both your modules listed:

    • in.touch 3 (EN) – Home module connected to your router

    • in.touch 3 (CO) – Spa module connected to your spa pack
      Each module displays technical details including RF strength, firmware version, and serial number.

Information shown

For each module, you’ll find the following details:

  • Firmware Version – The software version currently installed on the module.

  • Serial Number – A unique identifier used for technical support and registration.

  • Part Number – Identifies the exact hardware model.

  • Hardware Revision – Indicates hardware version updates.

  • RF Strength – Displays the signal quality between the EN and CO modules.

  • If you contact Gecko Support, have both the firmware version and serial number ready.

  • Firmware updates are automatically applied when your modules are connected to the internet.
