How to change the address or location of your spa

Overview

You can update your spa’s address and location in the Gecko App to ensure accurate time zone, weather, and data synchronization. This is especially useful if you’ve moved your spa or want to update your spa’s displayed location.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the side menu (☰)
    Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the screen.

  2. Go to Settings → General
    From the menu, select Settings, then tap the General tab.

  3. Scroll to the Address section
    Find the Address card showing your current spa location.

  4. Tap “Edit”
    Tap the EDIT button in the Address section to open the editable fields.

  5. Update your address details
    Modify any of the following fields as needed:

    • Line 1 & Line 2: Street address

    • City, State, and Zip/Postal Code

    • Country and Time Zone (auto-detected if applicable)

    💡 You can also tap the 📍 location icon next to the address field to automatically fill in your current location using your device’s GPS.

  6. Tap “Save”
    Once you’ve entered your updated information, tap SAVE in the top-right corner.
