How to create an account

Overview

Before you can connect and control your spa, you’ll need to create a Gecko App account.
Your account securely links your spa to the cloud, allowing you to access it remotely from any device. Follow these steps to create your account in just a few minutes.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Gecko App
    Make sure the Gecko App is downloaded and installed on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Tap “LOG IN”
    On the welcome screen, tap the LOG IN button to continue.

  3. Select “Sign Up”
    Below the Continue button, tap Don’t have an account? Sign Up.
    This will open the account creation screen.

  4. Enter your email address and password

    • Use a valid email address that you can access easily — it will be your login ID.

    • Create a secure password that meets the following requirements:

      • At least 8 characters long

      • Includes at least 3 of the following:

        • Lowercase letters (a–z)

        • Uppercase letters (A–Z)

        • Numbers (0–9)

        • Special characters (e.g., ! @ # $ %)

  5. Agree to the Privacy Policy and EULA
    Read and accept the Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA) to proceed.
    These agreements explain how your data is used and how the app operates.

  6. Read the safety warning
    A short safety notice will appear. Review the information, then tap OK, I got it to continue.

  7. You’re all set!
    The app will automatically log you in and take you to the Add a Spa page to start the setup process.

Tips & related info

  • You only need one account to manage all your Gecko-connected spas.

  • If you forget your password, tap Forgot Password? on the login screen to reset it.
