How to change the app language

Overview

You can change the Gecko App language anytime to match your preferred language.
The app supports multiple languages and can also automatically detect and apply your device’s language (if supported).

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Gecko App
    Launch the app on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (☰)
    Located in the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Go to Account Settings
    From the list, select Account Settings to access your profile and preferences.

  4. Scroll to the General section
    This section contains your app settings for language.

  5. Tap Preferred Language
    You’ll see a list of available languages.

  6. Select your language
    Tap on the language you want to use in the app.

  7. Use automatic detection (optional)
    At the top of the screen, you’ll see a toggle labeled Detect Automatically:

    • When turned on, the app will automatically use your device’s system language if it’s supported.

    • When turned off, you can manually choose your preferred language from the list.

Important notes

  • Some translations may still be in progress. You may see a few words displayed in English, which is the app’s default language.

  • Changing the language does not affect your account or spa settings, only the app’s interface and menus.

  • The change applies immediately, no need to restart the app.
