How to delete my account

Overview

If you no longer wish to use the Gecko App, you can permanently delete your account directly from the app. This action will remove all of your data, connected spas, and subscriptions from the Gecko system.

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, all your data will be erased, and your app access will be removed.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the Gecko App
    Launch the app on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Tap the Menu icon (☰)
    Located in the top-left corner of the screen.

  3. Go to Account Settings
    From the list, select Account Settings.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page
    Navigate down to the last section of the screen.

  5. Tap “Delete my Account”
    A confirmation popup will appear asking if you’re sure you want to proceed.

  6. Confirm deletion
    Tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT to permanently remove your account.
    If you change your mind, tap CANCEL to exit without deleting.

What happens next

  • Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

  • Any connected spas will be unlinked.

  • If applicable, your subscriptions will be automatically cancelled.

  • You will be logged out and will no longer be able to access your data.
