⚠️ Using a mesh Wi-Fi system (including Amazon eero)?
Some mesh networks use advanced security features that can interfere with the in.touch 3 system. You may need to temporarily disable these features before connecting the in.touch 3 EN (Home) module to complete setup and firmware updates.

Before you begin
Make sure both the CO (Spa) and EN (Home) modules are properly installed and powered.
Verify the LED on the EN module is solid green or blue (indicating it’s connected to your router).Have your smartphone or tablet connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the EN module.
Step 1: Make sure the in.touch 3 modules are installed
Confirm that the CO module is connected to your spa’s control pack and powered on.
Check that the EN module is plugged into your home router and power outlet.
The LEDs should be lit — see the LED status reference guide – EN (Home) module if you’re unsure of their meaning.
Step 2: Download and install the Gecko App
Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Search for “Gecko App” by Gecko Alliance Group.
Download and install it on your device.
💡 Note: The Gecko App works only with in.touch 3 and in.touch 3+.
If you have an older in.touch 2, download the in.touch 2 App instead.
Step 3: Launch the app and create your account
Open the Gecko App.
Tap Sign up (or Sign In if you already have one).
Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Gecko account using your email and password.
Step 4: Connect your spa
Once signed in, follow the on-screen instructions to connect your system:
Once connected, your spa will appear in your Gecko App dashboard.
⚠️ The in.touch 3 module can only be set up once.
To access it later, sign in using the same account you used during setup.
You’re all set!
