⚠️ Using a mesh Wi-Fi system (including Amazon eero)?
Some mesh networks use advanced security features that can interfere with the in.touch 3 system. You may need to temporarily disable these features before connecting the in.touch 3 EN (Home) module to complete setup and firmware updates.

Where to find your pairing key
The pairing key is printed on the back of your in.touch EN module.
Look for the white label that includes the serial number, QR code, and pairing key.
The key is usually a short combination of letters and numbers.
Tips & notes
Each pairing key is unique to your module and ensures the app connects to the correct spa.
Double-check the key for typos — it’s easy to confuse characters like O (letter) and 0 (zero) or I (uppercase i) and 1 (number one).
Make sure you’re entering the Pairing Key, not the Serial Number (S/N).
⚠️ The pairing key and serial number are both on the same label but serve different purposes — only the pairing key will work for this step.
Troubleshooting
If the app rejects your pairing key:
Verify that you entered all digits exactly as shown on the label.
Confirm that your module is an in.touch 3 or in.touch 3+.
in.touch 2 modules are not compatible with the Gecko App and will not accept pairing keys.
Check that your EN module is powered and connected to your router.
Try again after a few seconds — temporary network delays can occasionally interrupt verification.
