How to reboot your in.touch 3 EN (Home) or CO (Spa) module from the app

Overview

If your in.touch 3 modules (EN or CO) are not responding properly, you can easily reboot them directly from the Gecko App. Rebooting helps resolve temporary communication issues or refresh the connection between your spa and the cloud, without having to unplug any cables.


Step-by-step instructions

  1. Open the side menu (☰)
    Tap the Menu icon in the top-left corner of the app.

  2. Go to Settings → Devices
    Select Settings from the menu, then tap Devices.

  3. Locate your in.touch 3 modules
    Under the in.touch 3 section, you’ll see both modules listed:

    • in.touch 3 (EN) – Home module connected to your router

    • in.touch 3 (CO) – Spa module connected to your spa pack
      Each module displays its firmware version, serial number, and RF strength.

  4. Tap “Reboot” for the module you want to restart

    • Tap Reboot next to in.touch 3 (EN) to restart the home module.

    • Tap Reboot next to in.touch 3 (CO) to restart the spa module.

  5. Wait for the reboot to complete

    • The LED on the module will turn off briefly and then return to its normal color.

    • The process typically takes less than one minute.

    • The app will automatically reconnect once the module is back online.
