How to factory reset the in.touch 3 EN (Home) module

Before you begin

  • Ensure the EN module is powered on and the LED is visible.

  • Have a paper clip or a similar small tool ready.

Step-by-step factory reset

  1. Press and hold the reset button

    • Locate the small pinhole on the EN module.

    • Insert a paper clip and press gently.

  2. Hold for about 10 seconds

    • Keep holding until the LED light turns red.

    • This indicates the module has entered the factory reset sequence.

  3. Release the button

    • After releasing, the EN module will automatically begin resetting.

    • The LED may flash through several colors during this process.

  4. Wait for the LED to turn solid green

    • A solid green light means the reset is complete.

    • The module is now ready to be activated and set up again through the Gecko App.
