Overview
The Actions section in the Gecko App is your central hub for alerts and maintenance reminders. It lists everything that may require your attention, from water care tasks to spa issues or connection problems.
Whenever the app detects that your spa needs maintenance, adjustment, or troubleshooting, a new action card will appear here to guide you step-by-step.
Where to find Actions
Open the Gecko App.
From your spa’s dashboard, scroll down to the section labeled Actions.
You’ll see a list of current recommendations, alerts, or requests for input.
💡 Think of this section as your spa’s inbox, it collects all messages or alerts that need your attention in one convenient place.
Types of Actions you may see
Actions are generated automatically based on your spa’s condition, connection status, and readings.
They can cover three main areas:
🧪 Water care and maintenance
Tasks to keep your water balanced, clean, and safe.
⚙️ Spa system notifications
Alerts about your spa’s status or operation.
☁️ Connection and communication issues
Warnings about cloud, Wi-Fi, or in.touch 3 module connectivity.
Why Actions matter
Centralized notifications: All spa-related alerts, whether about water quality, connectivity, or updates, appear here.
Quick access: Tapping an action opens detailed instructions to fix or complete it.
Dynamic updates: Completed or resolved actions automatically disappear from the list.
Tips & related info
Actions may come from different systems (in.touch 3, Waterlab, or the app itself).
Regularly check this section to stay up to date on your spa’s condition and keep everything running.
