Water report explained
Last updated 4 months ago
Overview
The Water Report section is where you can see the most recent information about your spa’s water quality. It combines automatic data from your Gecko waterlab sensor (optional) and any manual readings you’ve added, giving you a complete overview of your water health.
Monitor readings
If you have a Gecko waterlab connected, this section shows live sensor measurements for:
pH — the acidity or basicity of your water.
ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) — the effectiveness of your sanitizer.
You’ll also see any related actions, like “Raise your pH” or “Add sanitizer”, when your water needs attention.
💡 Tip: If your monitor readings aren’t updating, make sure your Gecko waterlab is connected and has had time to acclimate to your spa water.
Report readings
Below your monitor readings, you’ll find Report Readings, these come from water tests you’ve entered manually. You can add a new report anytime by tapping “Add water report.”
These entries might come from:
A photo-scan of your test strip.
A pool store water test.
A manual reading you entered yourself.
Each value (like chlorine, alkalinity, or hardness) shows your latest recorded measurement and whether it’s in the recommended range.
⚠️ Notice: The Water Report combines both automatic and manual data to help you maintain perfect balance. Always make sure your readings are up to date for the most accurate recommendations.
