The app says my spa is offline

"My app says my spa is offline"
"Spa stopped checking in"

"It's not connecting since the power went out"
Quick answer
Your spa reaches the Gecko app through two blue in.touch boxes: the Home module, plugged into your router with an Ethernet cable, and the Spa module, inside your spa's access panel. The light on the Home module tells us which link is down, so that is the first thing to check.
Find your situation: the Home module light
Steps: restart both modules in this order
This turns your spa off for a moment. Skip it if the Home module light is blinking fast. It is also the first thing to try after a power cut.
Turn the spa off at its breaker for 15 seconds, then back on.
Unplug the Home module for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
Give the app 2 minutes to reconnect.
