How to factory reset the in.touch 3 EN (Home) module

Before you begin
Ensure the EN module is powered on and the LED is visible.
Have a paper clip or a similar small tool ready.
Step-by-step factory reset
Press and hold the reset button
Locate the small pinhole on the EN module.
Insert a paper clip and press gently.
Hold for about 10 seconds
Keep holding until the LED light turns red.
This indicates the module has entered the factory reset sequence.
Release the button
After releasing, the EN module will automatically begin resetting.
The LED may flash through several colors during this process.
Wait for the LED to turn solid green
A solid green light means the reset is complete.
The module is now ready to be activated and set up again through the Gecko App.
